A Spring Evening with Dossier Wines at Surrell
Join us May 9th for a special evening celebrating Dossier Wine Collective’s 2025 Spring Release with owners Sidney Rice and Tim Lenihan. Dossier wines will be paired with a 5 course tasting menu by Chef Aaron Tekulve with surprises along the way. The menu will explore the early part of spring foraging, seafood and our favorite things coming to us from our beloved farms. We look forward to you joining us.
Each reservation includes the tasting menu and wine pairing.

Winemaker Dinner Series: An Evening with Dossier Wines

Join us as we launch our inaugural Winemaker Dinner Series with an exclusive evening featuring Dossier’s award-winning wines on May 18th. Set against the backdrop of Seattle’s warmer months, this intimate 40-guest experience runs from 6 PM – 9 PM, celebrating the art of fine wine and culinary excellence.
Indulge in a four-course gourmet dinner, each dish expertly paired with world-class selections from Dossier, including Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc.
