Introducing Our Inaugural Reserve Wines 

Dossier Wine Collective Halo wines present our pursuit of perfection. No effort or expense is spared. At this level of craft, wines transcend from beverage to art. We sincerely hope you find these wines compelling, captivating, and moving.

We employ the following principles when crafting these exceptional, limited-production wines:

• The Dossier team works with pedigreed vineyards across the Northwest. For Halo Reserve wines, we sort to identify the top 10% of fruit that displays optimum flavor intensity and concentration.

• We work with a select number of cooperages to create special barrels for these wines. The oak is sourced from highly prized subregions of forests in France, and the staves are custom-aged and toasted to our specifications for each bottling.

• Halo tier lots receive extra loving care during the winemaking process. Special attention is paid to fermentation temperature control and extraction management, and the red wines are given added time on the skins via extended maceration.

• At the completion of elevage, the Dossier team rigorously evaluates each barrel marked for the Halo Reserve program and only selects those that are absolutely on point.
